This truck came to our office park today as the featured food truck. I had never heard of a “shrabcake” until today…but it was tasty and a nice twist on a Maryland favorite…I would definitely go back to the food truck if it comes back to our office park.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I was there for that SHRABCAKE!! And I must say it was the BOMB!! I ordered the platter (minus the bun) with Cole slaw and cabbage. That Shrabcake gave me LIFE!!
